This registration session will allow you to complete the required contact information and sign up for participation in the 2023 Football Season. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information provided is accurate. Payment is not required at the time of registration. You will be invoiced for the fees and will be required to pay the full amount prior to the beginning of the season, as defined by our calendar.
Important Info - Please Read
Please ensure that you are currently signed into the SportsEngine Account that you will be using to receive your invoice this season. Please also ensure that account has your correct email address listed and all of your settings have been set to receive notifications. We cannot control your settings and are not responsible for any missed notifications or ones that go to your junk/spam folders.
Invoices
Invoices are not automatically sent by the system. To provide flexibility in payments, we have gone to a manual invoicing process and there might be a small delay between your registration completion and receiving your invoice. Please be patient, but also feel free to contact the LSYF Secretary if it has been more than a couple of days. Once you receive the email about your invoice, there will be a link to take you directly to the payment portal. The other option is to login to SportsEngine in a web browser on the computer, not in the app or through a mobile device, and find the section labeled "Bills". There you will find your invoice.
Completing Your Registration
On the last page of the registration you will review all of the information you provided. Please note that your registration is not complete until you submit at the bottom of that page. You should receive an email from the system almost immediately after you register. If you don't, it is likely that you did not submit the registration.
NSJFL Divisions
A player’s division will be based on their grade level in the 2023-24 school year, not their current grade level. Please be aware of this when you register and be sure to select the correct grade and division. Here is the division breakdown:
PeeWee – K, 1st and 2nd grades
89er – 3rd and 4th grades
Junior – 5th and 6th grades
Bantam – 7th grade
Senior – 8th grade
Registration Priority
Players who were rostered on a team for the Fall 2022 season will be given roster spot priority over new registrants during the first two weeks of open registration. Roster spots will be based on the order in which registrations are submitted. Any returning players who register after the two week period will lose "returning player" priority status and would be placed on the draft list or wait list. Each Head Coach has provided the LSYF Board with their max team size and we expect to keep rosters at those provided numbers.
